Serkan Çekiç / Architect / BIM-Coordinator
Serkan completed his architecture studies at Istanbul Technical University in 2016.
After his graduation, he worked for two years as an architect at GMW on the Kuwait International Airport project, designed by Foster + Partners. He then worked for four years as a BIM Manager on the Central Bank of Iraq project, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, and was part of the project management team at DAAX. During this time, he actively participated in various architectural competitions and received awards. In 2021, he moved to Germany and worked for two years at GMP, the largest architectural firm in Germany, on several hospital projects. At the same time, he deepened his knowledge of German construction law and cost accounting through further training. Before joining DOMM, he worked as a project manager at 3ZW-Architekten in Cologne.
As a native Turkish speaker, he is also fluent in English and German.
Yankı Aydın / Architect / BIM-Coordinator
Yankı completed his architecture studies at Istanbul Technical University in 2015.
After graduation, he worked with Turkmall on various shopping center projects in Turkey and neighboring countries. With his experience in retail, he took on various roles, including Fit-Out Management at Istanbul Airport, where he collaborated with renowned brands such as Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Beko. In 2021, he moved to Germany and contributed to the competition for the microchip factory project in Dresden, developed by TSMC, the world’s largest chip manufacturer. He was also involved in the implementation of several microchip factory projects in Germany. During the modeling process, he integrated AI tools like GPT-4All and focused on the application of Artificial Intelligence in architectural and construction workflows.
As a native Turkish speaker, he is fluent in English and German and has advanced knowledge of Python
Eren Güven / Architect / BIM-Coordinator
He completed his Degree in Architecture at Istanbul Technical University in 2014.
Since then, he has participated in national and international architectural competitions and has received various awards. Continuing his work in architectural design, digital modeling, and spatial analysis, Güven has been pursuing his Ph.D. in Architectural Design at Istanbul Technical University since 2018. While carrying out his academic studies, he has also worked as a lecturer, teaching courses in architecture, computer aided design, and visualization in various private Universities including Beykent University . With an interest in interdisciplinary subjects such as architecture, art, and philosophy, he is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sculpture at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. In his professional career, he has been involved in architectural and interior design as well as industrial building projects. He conducts research on digital fabrication techniques and building information modeling systems.
In addition to Turkish, he is fluent in English.
Dr. Jibid Bulgan / Architect / Project Manager
Jibid completed her architecture education at Istanbul Technical University in 2013.
For over 10 years, she has worked as an architect and project manager, contributing to the development of numerous shopping malls, hotels, and residential projects in more than 20 countries. Some of the local projects she was involved in were recognized as Turkey’s best shopping mall projects in 2015 and 2016. She has played key roles in the development of various shopping mall projects across Europe and the Middle East. She earned a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and a PhD in Project Management from Istanbul Technical University. Additionally, she lectures as an Assistant Professor at various universities.
At DOMM-BIM, she provides consultancy and guidance in project management, project development, and facility management. Her native language is Turkish, and she is fluent in English.
Muvi Kıral / Mechanical Engineer / MEP Consultant
Muvi completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at Istanbul Technical University in 2018.
He began his career at BSK Ventilation Inc. as an R&D Engineer, focusing on the design and development of residential heat recovery devices, IoT-enabled ventilation systems, and Smart Home applications. His work involved optimizing energy efficiency, enhancing indoor air quality, and integrating advanced control technologies into modern HVAC solutions. Over six years at BSK, he advanced to the role of R&D Manager, leading innovation in ventilation and mechanical systems. Building on this expertise.
He now also serves as an MEP Consultant for DOMM-BIM, providing technical guidance on various projects. He is a native Turkish speaker and fluent in English.
Koray Uyanık/ Structural Engineer / Structural Consultant
Koray graduated from the Department of Structural Engineering at Osmangazi University in 2002.
In 2004, he established his own office and began specializing in structural design. Since then, he has provided static solutions and construction management services for many residential, industrial, shopping center, and office building projects. Some of the projects he has worked on include Zeno Business Center, Park Vest Shopping Mall, and Çimsa Cement Factory. He has worked with reinforced concrete, wood, and steel structures.
With 23 years of experience, he now supports DOMM-BIM in the fields of structural engineering, project management, and construction management. In addition to his native language Turkish, he is fluent in English.
